Celtic FC Chicago Soccer Club believes that the more a player trains consistently and plays the game, then they will develop at a more productive rate. We understand that conflicts may arise causing a player to not be able to attend their own team’s training. Due to this reason we have instituted an “open training policy” which means that a player may attend another team’s training to make-up for their schedule conflict. The only rule is that it may only be a one age group difference (A U11 player may only attend a U10 or U12 training session), since a wider age difference may be too large of a gap because of physical or technical ability.
